Job Overview:

The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and expanding our online training platform renewal customers to drive retention, customer satisfaction, and annual contrive value growth in the assigned territory. This position requires a highly motivated client relationship professional to maximize sales potential and build customer loyalty with each customer. This is achieved by unearthing new sales opportunities through prospecting by cold calling, networking, and expanding an existing business.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Drive new customer business through consistent relationship driven, value-based selling.

·        Maintain and cultivate a consistent book of new business in your sales funnel.

·        Conduct product and value proposition demonstrations to a broad audience of decision-makers including senior management for potential new customers.

·        Demonstrating an understanding of our products and how they benefit our clients.

·        Identify and prioritize leads, opportunities and target corporate accounts.

·        Establish productive relationships with outbound calling to all key contacts.

·        Understand customer needs and issues and align product features as appropriate.  Articulate value by conducting effective software demonstrations through web meetings and conference calls.





Job requirements

Competencies Required:

 

  •  3+ years of sales experience, SaaS industry experience highly preferred.

  •  Excellent online presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

  •  Proven ability to listen and interpret customer needs and requirements and present a solution.

  •  SalesForce and/or SalesLoft experience preferred.

  •  Skilled Trades industry experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast in an active environment.

  •  Ability to work proactively and act independently in a remote environment.

  •  Competitive nature with a desire to succeed well working in a team environment.

 

Performance Expectations:

  1. Meet or exceed the revenue quotas that have been assigned.

  2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

  3. Demonstrate an understanding of our products and how they benefit customers.

Please note this position is base pay plus commission. Base pay will be between $55,000 and $60,000 based on experience. Commissions are expected to be between $25,000 - $30,000 annually based on meeting sales quotas but are not capped.
