Job Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams by streamlining processes, managing sales assets, and improving sales enablement initiatives. This role will ensure our go-to-market teams have the resources and materials they need to engage prospects effectively and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Asset Management – Organize, update, and maintain sales enablement materials, including sell sheets, case studies, and product one-pagers.
  • Sales Content Requests – Manage inbound requests for customized sales materials and ensure alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Optimization – Support sales teams in using Salesforce and other enablement tools to improve efficiency.
  • Training & Adoption – Develop training materials and documentation to help sales teams maximize the use of tools and content.
  • Usage & Adoption Analysis – Track and report on the usage and effectiveness of sales enablement materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and sales support initiatives.







Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, sales enablement platforms, and digital asset management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing content libraries.
  • Ability to translate complex product information into sales-friendly materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Performance Expectations:

  • Weekly progress toward asset cleanup and organization project
  • Timely updates to critical prospect and customer lists
  • Progressive adoption of sales enablement tasks

This position will have a base pay between $60,000 - $65,000/year and will be eligible for up to a 5% bonus, paid out annually.
