Job Overview:

The Notary Production Facility Associate is responsible for the assembly, packaging, mailing and laser machine maintenance for the quality production of notary bonding materials.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assembling, packaging, mailing and laser machine maintenance.
Responsible for the timely manufacturing and turnaround of <notary products>
Able to perform the manufacturing and fulfillment of products with accuracy and high quality of work.
Use quality packaging and proper shipping costs for notary bonding products.
Assist in any other office and manufacturing duties.
Reports any situations that arise with any client and provide clear documentation in the client’s account so that the NPF director can address complaints effectively.
Perform additional duties where needed.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and/or standing.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Performance Expectations:

1. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of associates to meet or exceed production requirements.

2. Meet attendance and punctuality requirements to ensure that cross dependencies are met.

3. Ability to learn all aspects of the production facility.

This position is located onsite at our downtown Orlando, FL headquarters located at 225 East Robinson Street and the starting base pay is $17/hour. The hours are 8:30 am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
