Job Overview:

The Eastern or Central Region Account Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from qualifying potential clients to closing new opportunities and exceeding monthly sales targets. Teamed with a Business Development Representative (BDR), the Account Executive will unearth new sales opportunities by prospecting, networking, and expanding into additional locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer business through consistent, value-based selling.
  • Maintain and cultivate a consistent influx of monthly new business in the territory sales funnel.
  • Articulate the value proposition during discovery calls and demonstrate our product solution to senior and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Identify and prioritize leads and opportunities and target corporate accounts.
  • Navigate through robust procurement processes involving multiple buyers.
  • Maintain a high level of forecast competency in a dynamic environment.


Job requirements

Competencies Required:

  • Preferably 3+ years of meeting and exceeding sales goals for a SaaS product. 
  • Experience in the Maintenance and/or Skilled Trades industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in professional video presentations using Teams or Zoom.
  • Proven ability to understand and address customer needs with successful solutions.
  • Proficient in solution methodologies to penetrate throughout an organization’s constituencies.
  • Understand the differing requirements of senior and executive-level buyers.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce and SalesLoft is preferred, while MS Office skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Demonstrate a competitive nature with a need to succeed while working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • While remote, geographic location within the territory is preferred.
  • Note: employment is contingent upon background checks.


Performance Expectations:

1. Meet or exceed the revenue quotas that have been assigned.

2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

3. Demonstrate an understanding of our products and how they benefit customers.

Please note this position is base pay plus commission. Base pay will be between $55,000 and $63,000 based on experience. Commissions are expected to be between $43,000 - $46,000 annually based on meeting sales quotas but are not capped.
