Performance Expectations:

Ramp Up Quickly on Marketing Data Sources and Tools

Develop a working understanding of our key marketing data platforms (e.g., GA4, SQL-based datasets, campaign trackers) and reporting tools within the first few months. Be able to comfortably navigate dashboards, understand attribution flows, and ask thoughtful questions that show you’re building context.

Support Ongoing Campaign Analysis and Reporting

Assist in analyzing active marketing initiatives and contribute to building reporting solutions or ad hoc questions by identifying patterns, anomalies, or opportunities for optimization in partnership with the Marketing team.

Take Initiative on Data Quality and Reporting Improvements

As you become more familiar with our tech stack, proactively flag any data inconsistencies, outdated dashboards, or areas where reporting can be simplified. Partner with others to improve how insights are delivered and shared across the organization.

Collaborate Effectively Across Stakeholders

Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders by being responsive, curious, and thoughtful in meetings and follow-ups. Show that you can interpret business questions, translate them into data needs, and contribute meaningfully to marketing discussions.

Communicate Insights Clearly and Effectively

Distill raw data into clear actionable insights by creating clean reports, summaries, or presentations. Focus on clarity and business relevance - whether in a slide, a dashboard, or a conversation with stakeholders.

Stay Curious and Keep Learning

Stay engaged with new trends or techniques in marketing analytics. Whether it’s learning a new GA4 feature, exploring segmentation strategies, or reading about media attribution - bring a sense of curiosity to the work and share useful takeaways with the team when possible.

Please note this position will pay between $75,000 - $80,000/annually and will be eligible for up to a 5% bonus.
