We’re looking for a motivated and curious Sr. Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early experience in marketing (or strong transferable skills) who wants to learn and grow in product marketing while making a real impact in a fast-moving B2C ecommerce business.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Product Marketing Manager and collaborate with teams across product, content, and digital marketing. Your role will focus on supporting go-to-market activities, optimizing campaigns, and gathering insights to help us grow sustainably.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new product launches and go-to-market campaigns by creating go-to-market plans, coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables within the cross-functional team.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging, ensuring it resonates with our customers.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to provide actionable insights for our positioning, product roadmaps and campaigns.

  • Partner with performance marketing teams (SEO, PPC, social), email, and content by providing product input and ensuring campaigns align with strategy.

  • Monitor campaign and product performance, prepare reports, and highlight opportunities for optimization.

  • Initiate and execute various growth-oriented A/B tests (messaging experiments, landing page optimizations, pricing optimizations) and report findings.




Job requirements

Competencies Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred

  • A strong interest and experience in B2C marketing, ecommerce, and multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, reports, and drawing actionable insights.

  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail. You can juggle multiple projects, maintain a strategic overview and prioritizing the most significant revenue opportunities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with various personalities, maintaining your ground, voicing our concerns, and staying flexible to changing priorities or timelines.

  • Open to learning and collaborating closely with the compliance team.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

 

Performance Expectations:

  • Deliver high-quality GTM campaigns on time and within scope.

  • Drive measurable growth through testing and optimization.

  • Produce clear and data-driven performance reports.

  • Enhance product-market fit through strong positioning and messaging that caters to the target audience.

  • Conduct in-depth research and develop high-quality content that aligns with marketing strategies and goals

Base pay for this full remote position will be between $70,000 - $75,000 plus up to a 5% annual bonus.
